We have the first trailer and great poster for the upcoming Peter Jackson directed movie The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, which is set to open in 3D/2D theaters and IMAX 3D on December 14th, 2012. The movie will be followed up by The Hobbit: There and Back Again which opens a year later, on December 13, 2013.
